2003 non-nav with 112K miles, $6000 a good price? Is the car going to be reliable? Service records thru carfax says all services done on/before time. Only thing TB svc has not been done. Pics show in great shape and I am going to drive it tomorrow. Thanks.

New 2015 MDX with accessories and a minor mod
Hey guys, :imnew: just switched over from an A4 and I have to say I love my new MDX! Couldn't wait to start adding accessories and making her look a little different. Accessories: Front sport bumper trim, rear sport bumper trim, rear bumper protector, sport step running boards, and LED fog lights. My minor mod was an aftermarket LED DRL strip with turn signals integrated. On Thursday she's getting a partial vinyl wrap. I have more plans for her but here she is! :love:

After market front lip UNDER Aspec
So I was wondering if there was a thread open already about this, I searched with no luck.
I wanted to see if anyone had ideas of any after market lips to go under our aspec lip. My friends have 04-05 STI Lip under his, but I was looking to see what other options people went with. And if you did a different style if you could post a picture please. Thank you!

anyone notice horrible blindspots on our cars?
Anyone? I've driven a 2013 mazda6 before and before that an infiniti i30 so they're full size sedans, but something about my 2008 acura tl with its large pillars tick me off...

Nav/Trafffic - Bluetooth etc
Does anyone have issues with their Navigation and Bluetooth system in the RLX?
I've had 4 RL's and one TL in the last 10+ years, I NEVER had to complain about any of their cars till I got the 2014 RLX. Since the beginning the Nav/Traffic never showed up in the screen except for the first 3 weeks I had the car and for a week after I got in back from the Dealer. Both the Bluetooth and Navigation systems are slow. They continuously freeze and take forever to upload on their respective screens. The Dealers cannot find the issue but claim the installed an entirely new console. But still no improvements other than a weeks worth of Traffic. Furthermore, the navigation itself is HORRIBLY OUTDATED! It constantly redirects to the wrong directions etc.
Anyone else with these, or similar complaints? Suggestions?

Amp questions
My amp in my 05 Acura has blown and I was looking to replace it. I've been doing research and I guess this amp is a tough one to replace because of the size and location.
I don't want to move the location of the amp. Has anyone bought an amp that actually fits where the stock one is (right below the glove box)? I'm trying not to buy a refurbished amp.

2010 RDX - non tech - hud removal
Hi Folks,
Has anyone removed the HUD on the 2010? I am more interested in removing the trim etc around the display screen to see how everything is mounted, I have been trying to figure out a clean method to mount my tablet and was thinking of making a custom bracket that can swivel over the the existing screen. Figured I would ask before I went prying around and breaking trim.

Reverse Camera - Trajectory Lines
Hello,
As we all know the 4th Gen TL's back-up camera does not provide trajectory lines that will shift position as the steering wheel is turned. The lines will simply stay straight as an arrow regardless of steering input. My question is, is there some sort of update/mod that can be installed to have these lines provide the actual trajectory of the vehicle as the driver maneuvers while backing up?

Heater blower
thought I'd start here before bringing it in to get checked out!!!
I have a 2014 TL. It was parked outside from Wednesday until Sunday and it was mighty cold out for most of that time. I was happy that it started with no hesitation yesterday and I drove it straight into the garage to warm up. Now today it seems like the heater blower isn't blowing as much air as it used to. It still works, but not as hard.
Any thoughts or ideas on what the issue might be?

LEDA Turn Signals
I've had my TLX for about a month now and I love it. The only thing I have done to the car was convert the rear turn signals to LED using VLED's v3 Triton system. They are amazing and are very bright. Anyway I wanted to know if anyone knew the exact bulb size for the front turn signals, I also want to convert those to LED but I can't seem to find any information about the bulb other than it being listed as pwy24. I'm sorry if this has been discussed before, I've searched the forum but couldn't seem to find anything. Thanks.

07 Type S issues!
Hi! Im new around here so I hope that I am posting this in the correct place, but I recently got a 07 TL Type S and I have been having some issues with it and was wondering if you all had any suggestions! When I purchased the car the prev owner gave me 2 keys. The one that I am using daily is having some weird things going on with it. It doesnt always work! I will go out in the morning to get in and the unlock and trunk buttons dont work so I use the key in the door to unlock it and push the trunk button to open it. After I get to where I am going the buttons will lock and unlock the rest of the day, its just first thing in the morning... Weird!
Second question: Is there a way to get around having to push OK on the navi every time I go anywhere? Its annoying.
Third question: Sometimes my presets on the radio as well as the XM all reset but then the next time I take the car out, they are all magically fixed and back to the stations I picked!
Any suggestions? Thanks!

Looking for a kind-hearted fella that has access to the 2011 RDX service manual to take a photo of a few pages I'm looking for.
The pages I'm looking for are relevant to the dashboard air vent assemblies.
I'm trying to gauge the difficulty level/potential cost of replacing the cross slats in the air vent assemblies.

Noise coming from belt side
08 Type-S, 86K.
I have this noise that's coming from the belts side of the engine, the noise coincides with RPMs, and i can hear it very clearly going through tunnels or passing by parked cars on the passenger side.
In the first video, you can hear the it quiet down as the mic goes to the driver side of the motor, then loud again to where the source (i believe) of the sound which is where the pulleys and belts are.
In the second video, i rev the motor a little, and you can again hear the chatter as the RPM's rise.
Does anyone have any insight as what it might be? I do plan on bringing it to the dealer to have it checked out, but wanted some opinions beforehand.

Is it possible to determine where my TLX is?
I am wondering if I, on my own, can somehow determine where my TLX is, (which was ordered and allocation set aside back in June). The dealership indicated that it was supposed to be built on 12-14 November, and today is 2 December and they cannot confirm whether or not it was built, or if I will see the car anytime soon. Neither the dealership nor the local rep can find out anything for me, and they are embarressed by this. I think they might be further embarressed by the fact that I am a good customer having previously purchased 5 brand new Acuras. I cannot believe that a car built in Marysville, Ohio cannot be tracked, when I can track a package from anywhere in the world! I've ordered a SSM SH-AWD Advance and would like to learn whether it was built and when will it arrive. Is it possible for me to investigate this on my own; can I call the Marysville plant? I welcome any recommendations on how I can learn where my car is, and when I will get it. Thank you.

My experience with Whitebear Acura Subaru....totally awesome customer service
Well this was quite unexpected to be honest with you so lets get down to the details.
I took my Subaru in for an engine overhaul due to seal leaks and excessive piston slap a few months ago and all has been well up until the last week when I started smelling antifreeze. I did some basic investigation and found that the upper rad hose was dripping coolant onto the head so I tightened it down about half a turn and it stopped... so I thought...
Yesterday morning it started to leak again and since it was going in for an oil change I decided to let them look at. I talked to service advisor Joshua and asked him to give me an estimated cost to fix it....
So they take the car and I go into the waiting area... about an hour later Joshua came back and said I was all set. I asked him what happened and he said that they found a leak in the upper radiator hose due to it not sealing and they replaced it and bleed the system and it is good to go. I asked him how much it was and he said that they picked up the tab on that and the oil change...
Now these guys should have charged me to replace the hose and I said that I really should pay for the repair or at the least parts... He said and I quote "you just spent a lot of money with us and it was the least we could do to take care of you"
I know a lot of people complain about dealers so I thought I would share one of my experiences with Whitebear Acura Subaru. They really do good work and they really do provide customer service that is second to none and this is why they have been my shop of choice since 2006 when I got my Acura...

2010 RDX Bluetooth Audio
I have been reading that the 2010 RDX Bluetooth works with Audio streaming but mine will not work. (I have tried using several new and older android phones as well as an iPhone for testing and none of them work.) When bluetooth is connected (I see BT symbol on car screen (non gps). When I hit the "CD/AUX" button it toggles between, USB, AUX, CD, than back to USB.
Any suggestions? Anything I am doing wrong?
